おしゃれな佇まいが気になり、お酒の美術館へ入店しました。たくさんのウィスキーボトルがあり、初心者の私は記念にと思い、「一番高いウィスキー」を希望しました。
山崎が出てきました。それは衝撃の味でした。初心者の私でも美味しいことが理解できました。それはヒノキの味でした(私はヒノキを食べたことはないですが、そういったイメージです）。インターネットで見つけた山崎の記事によれば、「口の中でまろやかに広がる、のびやかな甘みと深みのある酸味、ほろ苦さを経て心地よいオリエンタルな余韻へと続く」だそうです。
こんなウイスキーがあるのか、と思いました。山崎の12年物のボトルが2本あり、美味しい方(高い方)をいただいています。

I drank SUNTORY YAMAZAKI at BAR LIQUOR MUSEUM.
I was interested in the cool BAR LIQUOR MUSEUM and entered it. There were many bottles of whisky. I was novice at whisky and ordered whisky as a memento, ” I’d like the most expensive whisky, please.”.
The clerk brought SUNTORY YAMAZAKI. It was the amazing taste. I was novice but recognized it was delicious. It had a flavor of cypress.(I have never eaten cypress, but my 1st impression was that.) According to an article on the internet, “It spreads smoothly in the mouth. It goes through sourness, which has a smooth sweetness and depth, bittersweetness, and continues to a pleasant oriental aftertaste.”
I never thought there was such a whisky. There were 2 bottles of YAMAZAKI, both were aged 12 years, and I ate more delicious(expensive) one.
