新大阪駅から本町駅を経由して夢洲駅へ行きました(2025/6/20)。万博の入り口へ行き、12:00に入場する人の列へ並びました(11:35)。炎天下で暑いため日傘が必要と思います。列は11:50に動き始めましたが、自分の位置が不明なままひたすら歩きました。12:05に動きが止まり、12:10に再開したりと、進まない時間がありました。12:40手荷物検査が近づいてきました。手荷物検査では、ポケットに荷物を入れず鞄に入れるルールで、重い荷物は外に出さないといけません。12:50ようやく入場できました。入口横のクロネコヤマトへいき、重い荷物を預けてからパビリオンへ向かいました。
まずは、予約なしで入場可能なシンガポール館に入りました。ドリーム・スフィア（夢の球体）では、入場者が夢を書く場所があり、そこに書いた夢がスクリーンに反映されていました。
万博アプリの当日予約機能で、家族3人で入場可能なパビリオンを何度も検索し、ブルーオーシャンが予約できました。入場まで時間があったため、予約なしで入場可能なインド館に入りました。精神性と科学の調和する地ということで、象の神様(ガネーシャと思いました)、月の探査機(模型)などがありました。
ブルーオーシャンでは、海洋プラスチックごみの追加汚染を2050年までにゼロにする大阪ブルーオーシャンビジョンをテーマにした映像を見ることができました。
木造の大屋根に上ると、海が見えました。また、パビリオンに並ぶとき、大屋根の日陰で待てるように、会場の工夫がありました。大量のベンチもあり、休憩できました。
ドイツ館での食事を楽しみにしていましたが、この日はナショナルデーで休みでした。ビールを飲みたかったです。
韓国館へいき、韓国料理を食べました。ビールもあり、美味しかったです。
体力も尽きてきましたが、フランス館に並びました。行列は非常に長かったのですが、はける状況で、1時間で入れました。LOUIS VUITTON、Christian Dior、キュリー夫人、ダンスの映像、ロダンの手の彫刻などが展示されていました。
19:30になり、帰路につきました。出口からぐるっと長い距離を歩いて夢洲駅まで行き、コスモスクエア駅のホテル「フクラシア大阪ベイ」へ向かいました。真横にファミマがあり、ビールと焼き鳥を購入して部屋で食べました。大浴場はサウナ付きでした。
翌日(2025/6/21)は、「なんばグランド花月」へ9:40に行きましたが、当日券は10:00公演と15:00公演が取れなかったので諦めました。向かいにある「よしもと漫才劇場」も当日券はとれませんでした。気を取り直して、りくろーおじさんの店へ行き、チーズケーキ1,065円を買いました。温かいうちに食べようと、すぐ食べられるキット100円も購入して食べようとしたら、店の人に注意されたため、駅の構内のベンチへ移動して食べました。

Osaka Kansai Expo
We went from Shin-Osaka Station to Yumeshima Station via Honmachi Station (Jun-20, 2025). We went to the entrance of the Expo and goi in line for the 12:00 entrance(11:35). I think you need a parasol because it is hot under the blazing sun. The line started moving at 11:50 and we just kept walking, not knowing where we were. There was a time when the movement stopped at 12:05 and resumed at 12:10. Baggage check was approaching at 12:40. At the baggage check, the rule is to put our baggage in our bag, not in our pockets. Heavy luggage must be taken outside. We finally entered the Expo site at 12:50. We went to Kuroneko Yamato next to the entrance and left our heavy luggage there before heading to the pavilion.
First, we entered the Singapore Pavilion, which is open to visitors without reservations. In the Dream Sphere, there was a place where visitors could write their dreams, and the dreams they wrote were reflected on the screen.
Using the same-day reservation feature of the Expo app, I searched repeatedly for a pavilion that would be accessible to our family of three, and was able to reserve Blue Ocean. Because there was time before entrance, we entered the Indian Pavilion, which was open to visitors without reservations. As it is a place where spirituality and science are in harmony, there was an elephant god (I thought it was Ganesha), a moon probe (model), etc.
At Blue Ocean, visitors were able to watch a video about the Osaka Blue Ocean Vision, which aims to reduce additional pollution from ocean plastic waste to zero by 2050.
When we climbed up to the large wooden roof, we could see the ocean. Also, the venue was designed so that visitors could wait in line at the pavilion under the shade of a large roof. There were also a large number of benches to rest on.
Though we were looking forward to dining at the German Pavilion, it was National Day and the German Pavilion was closed. I wanted to drink beer.
We went to the Korean Pavilion and ate Korean food. I could drink beer and it was delicious.
We were running out of energy, but got in line at the French Pavilion. The line was very long but moved, so we could enter within an hour. LOUIS VUITTON, Christian Dior, Madame Curie, a video of a dance, and sculptures of Rodin’s hand were exhibited.
It was 19:30 and we were on our way home. We walked the long distance in a circle from the exit to Yumeshima Station and headed to the Fukurasia Osaka Bay hotel at Cosmosquare Station. There was Family Mart next to the hotel and I bought beer and yakitori and ate it in the room. The large bathroom had a sauna.
Next day(June-21, 2025), we went to Namba Grand Kagetsu at 9:40, but we couldn’t get same-day tickets for the 10:00 and 15:00 performances, so we gave up. We went to the “Yoshimoto Manzai Theater” across the street, but could not get same-day tickets. We were pulling ourselves together and went to Uncle Rikuro’s store and bought a cheesecake for 1,065 yen. In order to eat it while it was still warm, we also bought a ready-to-eat kit for 100 yen and tried to eat it, but the store staff warned us against it, so we moved to a bench in the station yard to eat it.
