仕事を終えてふと立ち寄ったのは、とんかつ和幸。
２０２６年1月8日の夜、少し贅沢したい気分に背中を押されて、思い切ってメニューの中でもひときわ存在感を放っていた 「銘柄豚 かごしま黒豚ロースかつ御膳」 を注文した。
さらに、キリンの瓶ビールも添えて小さなご褒美セットが完成。
グラスに注いだ瞬間の黄金色の泡が、すでに幸せの予感を漂わせてくれる。
運ばれてきた黒豚ロースかつは、衣はサクッと軽やかで、中は驚くほど柔らかい。
噛むほどに旨みが広がり、「ああ、これを選んでよかった」と心の中で頷いてしまうほど。
そして和幸のご飯はやっぱり美味しい。
ふっくら炊き上がった白米が、黒豚の旨みをしっかり受け止めてくれる。
ビールを一口、ロースかつを一口。
その繰り返しだけで、日々の疲れがすっと溶けていくようだった。
短い時間ではあったけれど、確かに“幸せ”と呼べるひと時。
また頑張ろうと思える、そんな夜だった。

A Rewarding Evening: Finding Happiness at Tonkatsu Wako
After finishing work, I found myself wandering into Tonkatsu Wakou.
On the night of January 8th, 2026, feeling the urge to treat myself a little, I went ahead and ordered the dish that stood out the most on the menu: the Kagoshima Black Pork Loin Cutlet Set.
With a bottle of Kirin beer added on the side, my small reward set was complete.
The moment the golden foam blossomed in the glass, it already carried a hint of happiness.
The black pork loin cutlet that arrived had a light, crisp coating, while the meat inside was astonishingly tender.
With every bite, the flavor deepened, making me nod inwardly and think, “I’m so glad I chose this.”
And Wakou’s rice, as always, was delicious.
Each fluffy grain of perfectly cooked white rice embraced the rich flavor of the pork.
A sip of beer, a bite of cutlet.
Repeating that simple rhythm felt like the day’s fatigue was gently melting away.
It was only a short moment, but undeniably a moment of pure happiness—
a night that made me feel ready to keep going again.
