天然温泉平和島へ行ってきました（2026年5月16日）

2026年5月16日（土）、リフレッシュを兼ねて天然温泉平和島へ行ってきました。

品川から大森、そして平和島へ

朝は京浜東北線に乗り、8時41分に品川を出発。大森駅で下車しました。

大森駅東口の6番乗り場からは、ビッグファン（ボートレース平和島）行きの直通バスが出ています。
バス乗り場には、ボートレースに向かうと思われる方が多数並んでいました。
このバスはワンコインの100円で利用できます。

9時10分に出発し、約5〜10分ほどで平和島に到着。アクセスの良さも魅力です。

ANAトラベラーズで購入した「ゆったりプラン」

館内に入ると券売機がありますが、今回はANAトラベラーズで事前に「ゆったりプラン」を購入していたため、そのまま受付へ行きました。
QRコードを提示すると、最大7時間利用可能とのこと。
このプランはタオル・館内着付きで、通常は

平日：約2,400円
土日祝：約2,900円

が目安となっています。
今回は土曜日利用だったため、実際の支払いは2,900円のバウチャーでした。
なお、マッサージやレストランは11:00から営業のようでした。

温泉（天然温泉4施設）に入った感想

館内には「ビューイングスパ」と「シャイニングスパ」があり、つながっているので自由に行き来できます。
地下2,000メートルから1日150トンも湧き出る天然温泉を使っている施設で、都内でも有数の規模とのことです。
今回実際に入ってみて感じたのは、短時間でもかなり満足度が高い温泉施設という点です。

天然温泉
少し塩気を感じるお湯で、肌にしっとり感が残ります。
湯上がり後も体がポカポカして、いかにも「温泉らしい」感覚でした。

高濃度ナノ炭酸泉
細かい泡が全身に付く感じが面白く、ぬるめのお湯で長く入っていられました。
じっくり温まるタイプで、とてもリラックスできます。

ジェットバス（泡湯）
水流が強めで、体がほぐれる感じがあり、特に肩や腰には効く印象でした。

ドゴール浴
他のお風呂とは少し違った落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆったり入れるのが良かったです。
※今回はサウナは利用しませんでした。

全体として、
「天然温泉＋炭酸泉＋ジェット＋リラックス系浴槽」
とバランスよく揃っており、1時間でもしっかり満足できる構成でした。

帰り

自動精算機で手続きを済ませ、受付でワンコインバス利用券を受け取りましたが、帰りはボートレース開催日の無料送迎バスを利用。

そのまま大森駅へ戻ることができました。
11時01分発の電車で帰路につきました。

まとめ

天然温泉平和島は、

大森からバスで約5〜10分とアクセス良好
都内で本格的な天然温泉が楽しめる
7時間プランでもコスパが良い（今回は2,900円）

と、とても使い勝手の良い施設でした。
今回は短時間の利用でしたが、次回はもう少し長く滞在して、ラウンジや食事も楽しんでみたいと思います。

Visiting Heiwajima Natural Hot Spring (May 16, 2026)

On Saturday, May 16, 2026, I visited Heiwajima Natural Hot Spring for a relaxing break.

From Shinagawa to Omori, then to Heiwajima

In the morning, I took the Keihin-Tohoku Line and departed Shinagawa at 8:41 AM, arriving at Omori Station.
From bus stop number 6 at the east exit of Omori Station, there is a direct bus to BIGFUN (Boat Race Heiwajima). Many people who appeared to be heading to the boat race were already lining up.
The bus costs just 100 yen, which is very affordable.
It departed at 9:10 AM and arrived at Heiwajima in about 5 to 10 minutes, making it a very convenient trip.

“Relax Plan”

Right after entering the facility, there is a ticket machine, but since I had already purchased the “Relax Plan” through ANA Travelers, I went straight to reception.
After presenting my QR code, I was told that I could use the facility for up to 7 hours.
This plan includes:

Towels and lounge wear
Up to 7 hours of stay

I used it on a Saturday, and the price was 2,900 yen (voucher).
Massage services and the restaurant seemed to open from 11:00 AM.

My Experience with the Hot Springs (4 Types)

Inside the facility, there are two main areas:

Viewing Spa
Shining Spa

These areas are connected, so you can move freely between them.
The hot spring water comes from 2,000 meters underground and is said to be one of the most abundant natural hot springs in Tokyo.
Here are my impressions after trying several baths:

Natural Hot Spring
The water had a slightly salty feel, leaving my skin smooth afterward.
My body stayed warm for a long time, giving a true “onsen” experience.

High-Concentration Nano Carbonated Bath
The fine bubbles felt pleasant on the skin, and the temperature was mild, allowing for a long, relaxing soak.
It gently warmed me up from the inside.

Jet Bath (Bubble Bath)
The strong water jets helped loosen my muscles, especially around my shoulders and lower back.

Togor Bath
This bath had a calmer atmosphere compared to the others, making it perfect for a slow and relaxing soak.

Note: I did not use the sauna this time.

Overall, the combination of:

Natural hot spring
Carbonated bath
Jet bath
Relaxation-style baths

made for a very satisfying experience, even with just about an hour of use.

Heading Home

After finishing, I used the automatic payment machine. I received a 100-yen bus ticket at reception, but since there was a free shuttle bus (operating during boat race events), I used that to return to Omori Station.
I then took the 11:01 AM train home.
